4th General Assembly of the EEIG RFC4 and 2nd General Assembly of the EEIG Atlantic Corridor

4th General Assembly of the EEIG RFC4 and 2nd General Assembly of the EEIG Atlantic Corridor

The 4th General Assembly of the EEIG RFC4 and the 2nd General Assembly of the EEIG Atlantic Corridor, both took place last 31st of May 2016 in Paris

 

In these meetings were present these representatives of the each IM:

 

- Mr. Jacques COUTOU and MR. Miche DUPUIS from SNCF Réseau

- Mr. Joaquin JIMENEZ and Mr. Lorenzo JARO from ADIF

- Mr. Oliver SELLNICK and Christian MINGE from DB Netz; and

- Mr. Eduardo BORGES PIRES from Infraestruturas de Portugal

 

The 4th General Assembly of the EEIG RFC4 addressed the following subjects:

  1. Presentation of the main results of the studies held in 2015
  2. Presentation of the key performances indicators 2015
  3. Approval of the balance 2015, including the activity report of the EEIG CFM4, the external cost auditor report (KPMG) and the management report
  4. Approval of the final report for EU funding (action 2013-EU-91053-S)

 

In this General Assembly the IM DB Netz participated still as a cooperating member.

 

Afterwards the 2nd General Assembly of the EEIG Atlantic Corridor took place addressing the subsequent subjects:

 

  1. Reminder of the decision taken by post from the last Assembly:

-       Approval of the Corridor Information Document 2017, including the new framework for capacity allocation,

-       Approval of the implementation plan of the Atlantic Corridor

-       Approval of the budget foreseen for 2016

-       Approval of the deputy director and management controller proposed by IP

  1. Presentation of the communication tool of the Atlantic Corridor (website, customer information platform)
  2. Presentation of the works on progress (e.g., freight observatory implementation, capacity allocation 2017, coordination of works and PaPs offer for 2018)
  3. Presentation of the EEIG Atlantic Corridor involvement in RNE working groups
  4. Approval of the new address of the EEIG Atlantic Corridor in Paris

 

in this General Assembly the IM DB Netz already participated as an active partner of the EEIG.
